Purchase Policy

  • Max Halloween consistently works toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we sell. As such, we do not offer price matching.
  • Max Halloween reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. Prices are verified during checkout and finalized at the completion of checkout.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any item ordered at the incorrect price. We will contact you at the email address provided at checkout to notify you of such cancellation.
  • All prices are in United States dollars (USD). Canadian customers are responsible for any additional charges applied by from their bank due to the currency conversion.
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, so please verify that you are ordering the correct items, in the correct size and correct color, and have provided a valid and correct shipping address.
  • All items purchased from Max Halloween are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Orders that are refused upon delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover return shipping and handling.
  • Max Halloween does not warrant that product descriptions or photos are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a purchased product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return Policy

  • Returns will only be accepted within 14 calendar days from the original shipping date.
  • Max Halloween does not take title to returned items until the items arrive at our distribution center.
  • Returned items must be in new and resalable condition; in the original unopened, factory-sealed package. Any return received without original packaging, with opened packaging, or missing accessories will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to return any item, for any reason, even if the wrong item was accidentally shipped to you. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package. Please fill out the RMA request form to obtain a RMA number.
  • Returns that do not have a RMA number written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ship items for return. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we recommend obtaining a tracking number and insuring return shipments. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds are usually applied within 7 business days (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives to us. Please note that the original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable unless the wrong item was shipped due to fulfillment error.
  • Max Halloween reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
