Requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must meet the conditions set forth by our Return Policy. We may ask for more details regarding the item(s) that you wish to return before issuing a RMA. Submitting a RMA request does not guarantee that all or part of your order will be approved for a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Please note: A Return Merchandise Authorization does not guarantee that an order qualifies for a refund. A RMA solely authorizes the customer to return products back to Max Halloween. Once returned products are received with a valid RMA written clearly on the outside of the package, they will be inspected to ensure they qualify for a refund.
